Over the past twenty-five years, we have worked on creative and strategic projects of the most diverse natures and market segments. We believe in processes and in doing, always guided by the strategic vision of design. We work in collaboration with both clients and professionals from our creative community.

An entrepreneur for 20 years, he founded and developed his own creative language at the head of one of the most expressive design & experience studios in consumer spaces and brand expression in the country, We Shape Creatives, working for global giants in the consumer goods, sports, financial, food, health segments, among others.

He has directed, conceived, implemented, collaborated on and produced numerous large-scale projects for companies such as Nike, Ambev, Bradesco, among others. He has always believed that innovation and creativity should happen in a collaborative, diverse and transdisciplinary environment, leading several teams in his own company and in consultancies such as EGGS Design (NO) and Kyvo Inovação (BR).


He is a professor of sociocultural trends in the postgraduate course in Design at IEDSP (Instituto Europeo di design).

He is the co-founder of dois emes design.

With over 20 years of experience, he has worked throughout his career in graphic and visual creation for important brands in the consumer goods segment.

For 11 years, he was in charge of developing strategies for media brands and content for several pay TV channels, multiplying the practices, methods and thinking of design thinking and strategic design with diverse teams.

He designed and implemented an innovation lab for innovation in media and audiovisual content. For 5 years, he led systemic innovation projects and operations between internal corporate areas of content, marketing and sales departments, in partnership with the largest advertising agencies and advertising brands in the Brazilian market. He recently worked for major payment method companies in the development of digital product fronts for the Brazilian market.

He is a speaker and professor at IEDSP (Instituto Europeo di Design).

He is the co-founder of dois emes design.

Master in Design from UAL-LCC / London College of Communication. Author of the book Pixelated Generation, a design research method on youth subculture, social networks and the consumer industry. He is a specialist in the construction of verbal and visual strategies and discourses for brands, products and services, based on collaborative design approaches and processes.

And so in 2023 the partnership gained a name: doisemes® design. A creative and strategic consultancy that connects diverse professionals and talents to solve design challenges for clients with the courage to think and rethink their businesses and thus promote changes and the much-desired innovation.

Back in Brazil, each followed their own professional path but always kept in touch, whether through exchanges, contributions or collaborations on projects and conversations about the evolution of the creative market.

The synchrony of thought is strengthened in the search for some values lost in design in the last decade, such as originality, creativity and spontaneity.

Se conheceram no início dos anos 2000 em curitiba, e após trabalharem juntos no desenvolvimento de diversos projetos de comunicação, identidade e brand experience, partiram quase coincidentemente num mesmo momento para londres, onde realizaram suas especializações em design em diferentes faculdades da university Of the arts london.

There they were able to explore new languages and experiment in their research and applied studies. They actively participated within the creative community, participating in and promoting exhibitions, discussions, and interactions with new movements, approaches, and themes that were emerging around 2008, such as design research, design thinking, future thinking, and experience design.

Maurício Medeiros and Marcio Leite are an experienced pair of award-winning designers recognized for their long-standing careers in the various creative fields of communication and design, having worked throughout their careers with significant global brands and local companies with a purpose and desire for transformation. Now they are writing a new story in Brazilian design.
