Turning Netweaving into a Business Model: an innovative framework that turns the practice of building relationships with no immediate return, into a structured commercial process. Curate, connect, activate. Each cycle creates shared value for people, brands and initiatives, and returns it to the network.
We translated the references into design by exploring folding as a creative method. Through hands-on experimentation, shapes were opened, shifted, layered and recombined until they formed a flexible visual language. The process turned movement, interaction and transformation into the core logic of the identity.
