Constantia Family Office
The final layer.
// The demo already made the decisions // What is missing is the build // The brand brief as framework, not reference // An image that could only be yours //

What we read
The demo settled the hard part.
Structure, order and wording are decided, and they are decided well. That is the expensive half of a website and it is already behind you. What remains is the layer a demo cannot carry.
Mobile
Type scales with the viewport, but structure does not. There are no breakpoints, and the navigation has no mobile state.
Build
Brand alignment
The brief specifies Cormorant Garamond and Inter. The demo runs Newsreader and Jost. The palettes are close, but not the same.
Design
Sharing
One page title and no social preview. Shared on LinkedIn today, constantia.no renders as a bare link.
Technical
Contact
A mailto address. Founders reaching out have no form, and Constantia has no record of who wrote.
Technical
Imagery
The homepage image reads as a Mediterranean villa at sunset. The instinct that it feels random is right: it is the wrong light and the wrong geography.
Design
03 / 13doisemes® · proposal v1.8
Approach
Three layers, in order.
Nothing is redesigned. The demo is the specification, and the brand brief is the framework it gets measured against.
01 / Align
Design
Typography, colour, spacing and motion set against the brand brief rather than against the demo. The logo system applied properly across the site: primary, monogram, wordmark, small mark.
02 / Build
Squarespace
Nine views rebuilt with native components, mobile first. Native means Constantia can move, edit and add without a developer, which is the requirement that matters most over time.
03 / Hand over
Independence
A live working session rather than a document. Constantia edits the site during the call, on the real pages, before we finish.
04 / 13doisemes® · proposal v1.8
Scope
What gets built.
01 · Design
Brand alignment
Typography, palette, spacing and motion translated from the brand brief into a working system. The logo system applied across every view. Essential motion on entry, never on loop.
02 · Build
The nine views
Home, what we stand for, who we are, venture, funds, real estate, social, exited, contact. Mobile and desktop. Investment stories built as a repeating pattern Constantia can extend. Search setup, social previews, analytics and a contact form that keeps a record.
03 · Imagery
The visual system
One home composition and variations for the sub-pages, delivered as vector files Constantia owns. Performance pass, quality assurance, and a live handover session.
// Website package #2, Custom / NOK 95 000 / four weeks
05 / 13doisemes® · proposal v1.8
Timeline
Four weeks, kick-off to constantia.no.
Alignment
The brand brief translated into a working system. Imagery direction approved.
Week 1
Build
All nine views on a private staging link. Desktop and mobile.
Week 2
Content
Investment stories, funds and exits in place. Motion pass.
Week 3
Launch
Search, previews, analytics, performance, quality assurance, handover session, go live.
Week 4
At the end of week two Constantia is looking at a working site on a private link, not at a presentation of one. Every decision after that is made on the real thing.
06 / 13doisemes® · proposal v1.8
Working in partnership
Together.
Four weeks only works in real partnership. The projects that move fastest are the ones where the client is present from day one. This is what the work asks from Constantia.
01
Material
The images already used in the demo, including the investment story posters, and the logo files in vector. Domain and hosting access for constantia.no. Everything else is produced here.
02
Decisions
Two structural approvals: the imagery direction in week one, and the staging build in week two. A single decision-maker is what keeps four weeks intact.
