For CROWNA Clinic, the branding process began with a clear ambition: to reframe menopause care from a clinical, fragmented experience into a trusted, elegant and human space for women in transition. Built around the idea of Second Spring, the brand combines medical rigor, emotional intelligence and refined femininity, creating a clinic experience where evidence-based care meets warmth, confidence and self-recognition.

The Process

Strategic Immersion
We mapped Brazil’s Black audiovisual ecosystem, reading competitors, emerging festivals and cultural gaps to define clear paths for DIALAB to stand out with relevance.

Co-creation Workshops
Our workshops gathered writers, producers, partners and allies in focused exchanges, revealing creative potential, structural barriers and the need for authentic representation.

Brand Narrative
We built a clear and inclusive brand narrative aligned with DIALAB’s transformative role and designed to connect Black talent, audiences, partners and key stakeholders.

Growth Strategy
We drew a growth strategy to expand DIALAB beyond the current festival format, with talent mapping, producer curation, hybrid events and new cultural business opportunities, at scale.

DIALAB’s repositioning redefined its brand narrative to better align with its aspirations. More than just a festival, DIALAB is establishing itself as a key hub for Black audiovisual professionals, making a significant impact on society and aspiring young talent. Furthermore, this work heightened awareness of the initiative's importance, attracting new strategic partners and investors.


Filmmakers gained greater autonomy through increased visibility and consensus-building outcomes that will foster career growth at both national and international levels through new, more ambitious initiatives. A structured roadmap for national expansion outlines the next steps, transforming DIALAB into a year-round active force that consistently connects audiences with society at large. A starting point for ongoing transformation.

The methodology employed sparked meaningful conversations about representation and creative potential, reaffirming the participants' roles as agents of change. Driven by a critical and strategic vision, the process continues to evolve under the guidance of DIALAB’s founders and partners, amplifying its impact on the cultural landscape of Salvador and beyond. This marks just the beginning of a transformative journey.
